Hair Popp sponsors the inaugural Black Owned Economy (B.O.E) awards
Ever since the B.O.E group was created in June, we’ve been able to engage directly with so many of you. So, we’re really proud to be the Gold sponsor of the inaugural awards that recognise talented black-owned businesses. Find out more about the awards here.
Inspired by the events surrounding the tragedy to George Floyd, B.O.E founder Jaidee recognised that as a community, black people needed more than just protests, or social media slogans and therefore launched the Black Owned Economy.
The active Facebook group has nearly 150,000 people (and counting).
Whilst the times we are more than uncertain B.O.E want to take the time to highlight businesses and individuals that have stood out to both throughout 2020.
The Black Owned Economy Awards ceremony will consist of 10 awards which will be presented at a live online event held on 20 December.
If you would like to nominate a business for the B.O.E Peoples Awards then head over to this page and fill out the form. Nominations for the peoples award will close on the 30th November.
