Where is it?
30 seconds from Shoreditch High Street Station in London, BOXPARK is the “world’s first pop-up mall” and currently home to brands such as Havaianas, Astrid & Miyu and SNOG. A highly-populated and easily-accessible area, it’s a huge marketing and brand-building opportunity to place your products in front of thousands of people.
What are the details?
Running from Wednesdau 28 October to Sunday 1 November 2020, Jamii will be in one of the ground floor single containers (Unit 29) and the store will be staffed by co-founders Khalia and Courtney Ismain (who know our brand and products very well).
Hair Popp will be curated with 22 brands to take part in the different industries that black-owned businesses operate in to showcase the depth of creativity and innovation from the black community.
In August, Jamii welcomed more than 500 customers – including R&B singer NAO, members of NSG and investors keen to work with black entrepreneurs. The store and featured partners saw coverage on high-profile platforms such as Metro, Stylist and Bustle. This time round, Jamii are also organising a press night on the Wednesday evening.
Can’t make it?
Jamii will curate a “BOXPARK Edit” on the website so that anyone who can’t come down can shop the store online, while customers will receive a pop-up specific Little Black Book featuring all included partners.
